Another year of the Minnesota State Fair is here and we’re indulging ourselves in our favorite part of the fair, the FOOD.
Every year the fair offers new foods for fans to try and this year they didn’t disappoint. With 28 new foods such as, Pizza Tots, Chicken in the Waffle and Deep-Fried Lobster On-a-Stick, we had to get out to the fair (the first day, of course) to get our hands on a new food (and a couple of our other favorites listed above).
There’s a craze going on in the food world… PRETZEL. We went straight for the Pretzel Curds at O’Gara’s, which is a new food this year. We washed the pretzel’s down with a flight of Minnesota Craft Beer.

We also checked out some other of our fair favorites while we were there… like the Giant Sing-A-Long!
