Fish Fry Season in Roseville

Axels Charhouse

Axels, “where traditions and memories are made,” is connected to the DoubleTree by Hilton in Roseville and serves classic American fare. Enjoy beer-battered cod, shrimp, and walleye with served with fries and green beans for $22. Get there between 3 and 6 pm to snag a happy hour drink special along with your fish.

B-Dale Club

Visit the B-Dale Club 3-8 pm every Friday through March 29 for their fish fry. Enjoy choice of a three-piece cod dinner for $15, shrimp dinner for $17, or combo dinner for $16.50. All dinners include green beans, baked potato, and a dinner roll.

Famous Dave’s

Everyone loves Famous Dave’s for their amazing bbq dishes, but they also have you covered during fish fry season! Choose from the cod-father sandwich, beer-battered crispy cod served on a toasted bun, topped with house-made tartar sauce, lettuce, and tomato and choice of side ($14) or the crispy cod platter, beer-battered crispy cod served with house-made tartar sauce for dipping and choice of two sides and a corn bread muffin ($15).

Lucky’s 13 Pub

Fish specials at Lucky’s 13 Pub will be available through March 29. Enjoy a two-piece ($16.99) or three-piece ($18.99) Icelandic cod fish fry served with French fries, coleslaw, and tartar sauce; or choose the L13 fish sandwich ($15.99): two pieces of deep-fried cod, American cheese, tartar sauce and shredded lettuce on a hamburger bun and served with your choice of side. If you want something a bit different they also have a Shrimp Angel Hair Pasta for $18.99: sautéed shrimp and garlic in a spicy chili flake butter served over pasta and topped with shaved parmesan cheese, crushed red pepper, and fresh basil.

Maverick’s

Go beyond roast beef at Maverick’s with their fish fry sandwich ($10.99) or basket ($16.99) which both feature Alaska Brewing white ale beer-battered Alaskan cod and house-made tartar sauce.

Roseville VFW

All Day (11 am-8 pm) Fish Fry Fridays at the Roseville VFW. Choose from a walleye dinner ($18) or beer-battered cod dinner ($13). Both are served with French fries and coleslaw.

Rosetown American Legion

The Rosetown American Legion’s fish fry ($14) is from 12-9 PM every Friday. Served with fries, coleslaw, and scratch-made tartar. Perfect paired with a 5-7 PM happy hour special!
