"Laura has a huge passion for top tier customer service and hospitality. She makes all of our guests feel at home and has a keen focus on excellent service. Laura is also an aspiring artist and finds ways to bring creativity and relaxation to all of our guests with her creative program leadership around creating art and fun interactive activities with monthly paint and sip events. We can’t thank Laura enough for her creativity, passion and leadership!"

"Richard is the lead trainer in Roseville and has been doing a fantastic job of training the team to be the best they can. We've maintained a 5-star rating on Google over the 10 months we've been open, and this is due in large part to the hospitality our team provides. Richard constantly receives amazing reviews and gets shouted out more than any other team member by impressed customers. Just a few weeks ago on one of Richard's shifts, a customer mentioned to me that the team was "going to give Chick-Fil-A a run for their money with how nice and helpful everyone is." She wears many hats—helping run the shop, training new team members, keeping things moving during the busiest rushes—and somehow still manages to make every customer feel welcome and seen. Her energy is contagious, her work ethic is unmatched, and she’s become a well-loved presence in the Roseville community. Many of our customers stop by just to see her. She’s not just an incredible team leader—she’s the kind of person every business hopes to have on their team."

"There is not a week that goes by that the GM doesnt receive at least one compliment about “Miss Bobbie”. She is compassionate and kind and everyone loves her. Bobbie is also a team leader who never misses an opportunity to help her team succeed. She can be found hustling in breakfast on a busy Saturday morning, or shuffling laundry in the evening to make sure that our housekeeping team always has what they need to get our rooms ready for our guests. She takes great pride in the appearance of our lobby and sees it as her own personal mission to keep it clean and inviting for our guests every time. She is a HUGE help to the sales team too. She helps us with any task we present to her. Her smiling face and genuine caring shine and make our guests feel at home so they want to come back. Bobbie “sets the example for others to follow” every time and we are so proud to have her on the Home2 Suites team!"
