How to Support Roseville Businesses During COVID-19

Uncategorized

This is a challenging time for all of us, and small businesses need your help now more than ever. Here are some ways you can help local businesses while still continuing to practice safety measures put into place by health officials.

Order food for delivery or curbside pickup

While some restaurants have temporarily shut their doors, many remain open for delivery and/or curbside pickup. Here is a helpful map of Twin Cities-area restaurants open during this time. You can still enjoy your favorite dishes by calling in or placing your order online. If you are able, tip the same amount as you would if you were dining in.

Buy a gift card

Even a business that is currently closed may offer gift cards online that you can put to use in the future. Reach out to your favorite restaurants, shops, hotels, and attractions to see if you can purchase a gift card. These sales may help to keep small businesses afloat so they can reopen their doors once this has passed.

Leave online reviews and interact on social media

Online reviews and social media interaction are a huge help to all businesses. Take this time at home to write a kind and glowing review of your favorite places. Share photos from past visits with your online friends. Like and comment on your favorite business’s posts. They will appreciate the online support.

Shop online

Visit your favorite local shop’s website or social media pages to shop online. Many are offering deals or discounts to shop online at this time. Now is the time to order that product you’ve been eyeing or browse until something new catches your eye.
