Unique Meeting Venues in Roseville
Not only is Roseville a fun destination for families, couples and individuals to visit, Roseville is also is a great destination for groups to hold meetings, couples to get married and special events to take place. All of these venues are unique in their own way!
Harriet Alexander Nature Center
Nestled within the borders of Roseville’s Central Park you will find the Harriet Alexander Nature Center. The grounds are surrounded by 52 acres of marsh, prairie and forest habitats which you can walk through on the boardwalk and trails.
With the beautiful scenery as your backdrop you can hold a meeting or special event inside the newly renovated building. They offer classrooms, two kitchens, AV equipment, and an outdoor amphitheater.
Rose Vine Hall at Grumpy’s Roseville
Featuring four unique spaces, Rose Vine Hall serves to any occasion. Each meeting room offers a plasma TV, DVD player and high-speed wireless internet.
One of our favorite spaces is the Skybox which overlooks the hub of Grumpy’s and provides a bar and private bathroom. They can also offer spaces within Grumpy’s like the bar alcove or their patio. Don’t forget about their extensive menu that can be easily customized to your liking.
Roseville Skating Center
One of the more unique venues in the Twin Cities, the Roseville Skating Center boasts an award winning banquet facility that is ideal for meetings, banquets and wedding receptions.
Beyond the indoor and outdoor OVAL ice skating, the Roseville Skating Center can accommodate groups of 30 or 300 and their prices are the most competitive in the Twin Cities area. Each room has a spectacular view of the outdoor OVAL with wireless internet access.
Roseville Park Buildings
In the past year, Roseville gained new park buildings at Autumn Grove, Lexington, Oasis, Rosebrook, Sandcastle, and Villa Parks. All of these new buildings are available for community use and public rentals.
Lexington Park Building
Autumn Grove Park and Lexington Park features a gathering room with kitchenette, fireplace & video monitor with table seating for 48, theater seating for 60 & maximum capacity of 70. It also offers a multipurpose room with easy access to ice rink with able seating for 12, theater seating for 15 & maximum capacity of 15.
Rosebrook Park Building
Rosebrook Park features a gathering room with kitchenette, fireplace & video monitor. Table seating for 40, theater seating for 50 & maximum capacity of 60.
Oasis Park Building
All three of Oasis, Sandcastle and Villa Parks features a gathering room with kitchenette, fireplace & video monitor. Table seating for 32, theater seating for 40 & maximum capacity of 50.
Ramsey County Library Roseville
The largest of seven libraries, the Ramsey County Library Roseville location offers a collection of 230,000 materials, a Dunn Bros coffee shop, teen space, children’s room & Children’s Reading Garden, study room, and meeting rooms.
Their Community Program Room seats 125 people and includes wireless internet, AV equipment, whiteboard, and a kitchenette with sink, refrigerator and microwave. Their Board Room seats 12 and includes wireless internet, TV and a whiteboard.
Bent Brewstillery
“Not your average office party” is what Bent Brewstillery is all about. The only brewery and distillery in the Twin Cities is double the fun! Named Star Tribune’s “Best of Minnesota” in 2014, Bent Brewstillery offers a new place to hold unique events/meetings.

B-Dale Club
Ideal for weddings, luncheons, parties, meetings, and much more, B-Dale Club is a multi-functional event venue.
The hall seats up to 200 people featuring a full service bar and bartender, stage for live music/DJ, large parking lot, hall decorating, catering, and more unique offers. T-Birdz Grill at B-Dale can cater smaller events up to 50 guests.
University of Northwestern – St.Paul
On the shores of Lake Johanna in the heart of the Twin Cities you will find the University of Northwestern – St. Paul.
Their 1,500-seat performance hall, meeting rooms with state-of-the-art technology, exquisitely decorated banquet hall, elegant marble chapel (so gorgeous), Billy Graham Community Life Commons, and recently renovated athletic fields, Northwestern offers amazing spaces for your next meeting/event.

Minnesota State Fairgrounds
Every August the Minnesota State Fair takes over the Minnesota State Fairgrounds for 12 days, but what takes place during the other 353 days?
The Minnesota State Fairgrounds, just 5 minutes away from Roseville, offers 15 buildings available to rent and 320 acres of versatile land. They can accommodate small and large events from meetings, receptions, trade shows, and conferences with buildings ranging from 10,000 to 60,000 square feet. They are so much more than a fair!
University of Minnesota Continuing Education & Conference Center
Located on the Saint Paul campus of the University of Minnesota, the Continuing Education & Conference Center is a full-service conference facility located minutes from Roseville.
Designed to meet the needs of adult learners and set in an educational atmosphere, attendees can focus on their program free from distractions. They offer the latest technology, a full range of dining choices, and flexible room options with seating of up to 440 attendees.
