The Bell Museum’s Date Night in a Box is perfect for lovers of the great outdoors. Choose the bird watching box and head to Reservoir Woods Park to explore the trails and see which Minnesota birds you can spot. Next, work up an appetite for your Valentine’s dinner at the Guidant John Rose MN OVAL (the largest outdoor sheet of refrigerated ice in North America!) with some ice skating. Due to COVID-19 policies, skaters must pre-purchase tickets for a specified time, so make sure you do that before going over!

Get Some Gaming In

Game-loving couples will not want to miss Roseville’s newest attraction, Starcade. $15 gets you all-you-can-play arcade games from the 70s-90s. Put your mind to work solving one of their puzzle rooms, try your hand at ax throwing, or let out some anger in the rage room.

Rosedale Center is a shoppers paradise! With over 120 stores and many restaurant options, you can shop ’til you drop. Start at one of the anchors (Von Maur, Macy’s, or JCPenney) before moving into the main mall area. You won’t want to miss Rose & Loon, a curated collection from Midwest makers. After a busy day shopping, treat yourself to a facial, manicure, or pedicure (or all three!) at Rocco Altobelli Salon without even leaving the mall.

After a full day, you’re probably ready for a relaxing Valentine’s dinner with your loved one. Enjoy and evening at one of these restaurants offering specials that are perfect for your celebration.
