At Mi-Sant, they have one simple goal: to deliver you the best quality banh mi with integrity. Banh mi and croissants are their passion (hence, the name Mi-Sant). How they got here can be traced back to their roots. They are second-generation Vietnamese American immigrants. The wonderful banh mi got introduced when the French conquered Indochina. Banh mi is a combination of French delicacies such as the baguette, pate and mayo combined with Vietnamese flavors like pickled carrots and daikons, cucumbers, and cilantro.  Mi-Sant brings unique tastes to the banh mi while maintaining its integrity. They make their bread fresh daily using only the freshest ingredients.

Not a fan of banh mis? No problem. They also offer rice and noodle bowls, spring rolls and a number of appetizers and desserts.
